BlackRock Capital Investment cuts commitments under credit facility

BlackRock Capital Investment Corp. on March 15 amended its senior secured revolving credit agreement.

The amendment permanently reduced the aggregate amount of the multicurrency commitments under the revolving credit facility to $400 million from $440 million.

Additionally, the minimum amount of shareholders' equity required under the revolving credit facility was lowered to $450 million from $500 million, plus any proceeds from the sale of equity interests.
