Pinnacle grows average loans by 3%, deposits by 7% during Q3

Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. on Oct. 16 reported net income of $93.7 million, or $1.21 per share, an increase from net income of $64.4 million, or 83 cents per share, in the same quarter of the prior year.

The S&P Global Market Intelligence consensus mean estimate for third-quarter GAAP EPS was $1.19.

Average loans rose 15% compared to the same period in 2017 and increased 3% from the prior quarter to $17.26 billion.

Average deposits increased 14% from the year-ago period and expanded 7% from the second quarter to $18.11 billion.
