Technology company Cisco Systems Inc. plans to acquire the Salt Lake City-based CloudCherry for an undisclosed amount.
CloudCherry is a customer experience management company that provides predictive analytics and customer journey mapping services. Pursuant to the purchase, its team will integrate into Cisco's contact center solutions business.
Customer Analytics Technologies Inc. is doing business as CloudCherry.
Cisco expects the acquisition to close in the first quarter of its fiscal 2020, subject to customary closing conditions and necessary approvals.
