Honda Canada Finance amends credit agreement

Honda Canada Finance Inc. on March 12 amended its credit agreement to extend certain termination dates of commitments.

The termination date of the tranche A commitment, which allows the company to borrow up to C$800 million on a one-year revolving basis, was extended to March 25, 2020, from March 24. The termination date of the tranche B commitment, which allows Honda Canada Finance to borrow up to C$800 million on a five-year revolving basis, was extended to March 25, 2024, from March 24, 2023.

Honda Canada Finance is a subsidiary of American Honda Finance Corp.
