Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Summit State Bank named Camille Kazarian executive vice president and CFO, replacing Dennis Kelley, who is set to retire at the end of the first quarter of 2019.
Until his retirement, Kelley will stay on as senior vice president and treasurer, helping Kazarian transition into her new role.
Kazarian previously served as CFO and assistant town manager at a local government agency in the town of Windsor.
