Bank of Ireland names new CFO

Bank of Ireland Group Plc named Myles O'Grady group CFO, replacing Andrew Keating, who will step down Oct. 18.

O'Grady, who will also become an executive director, joined the bank in June as director of commercial partnering in Ireland. His appointment is subject to regulatory approval.

Keating announced his intention to resign in June, saying he will move to a senior finance role in an international nonfinancial organization.
