* Edgar Baker is retiring as a director of Buchanan, Va.-based Bank of Botetourt.

Baker is president and a director of Cavalier Equipment Corp.

* Abilene, Texas-based First Financial Bankshares Inc. said that Michele Stevens was promoted to executive vice president of marketing and advertising.

She was named senior vice president of marketing and advertising in 2006.

* Devon Henry became a director of Midlothian, Va.-based Village Bank and Trust Financial Corp. and subsidiary Village Bank on March 27.

Effective March 31, O. Woodland Hogg Jr. will retire from the boards of the company, the bank and Village Bank Mortgage Corp., a subsidiary of the bank. Hogg has been a director since 2008 when River City Bank merged with the bank. He formerly served as a director of River City Bank. His retirement is not the result of any disagreement on matters relating to company's operations, policies or practices.

Henry is CEO and president of Team Henry Enterprises LLC, according to the Form 8-K. Hogg is the owner and principal broker of ERA Woody Hogg & Associates, SNL records show.

* Bruce Beebe is set to retire as senior vice president and the regional business banking manager for Wells Fargo & Co.'s New Mexico/Western Border and Central Texas regions on July 2, Albuquerque (N.M.) Business First reported.
