Warner Music Group Corp.'s Warner Music Latina inked a collaboration deal with Natcom Global for the production and distribution of online video.
Pursuant to the deal, Warner Music Latina, as well as its artists, will have a share in the advertising revenue generated via video on third-party platforms. Through the collaboration, the two companies will develop regionally focused content with Latin American and U.S. Latin artists, as well as international performers visiting the region. Further, videos made will be available in English, Portuguese and Spanish, featuring exclusive artist interviews, red carpet events and behind the scenes footage.
Natcom will distribute the video via its Vidweb platform to online publishers, with Warner Music's social media channels and Natcom's FYINews Channel, which is aimed at 19- to 35-year-olds, also carrying the video.
