Banco de Crédito del Perú to issue 3-year bonds worth up to 100M soles

Banco de Crédito del Perú on July 6 plans to auction three-year corporate bonds totaling up to 50 million Peruvian soles but expandable to 100 million soles, the bank said in a securities filing.

The interest rate for the series A bonds, which will be issued July 9, will be determined during the auction, the company said.

The bonds will be part of the third issuance under the bank's fifth bonds program for up to 1 billion soles. Credicorp Capital Sociedad Agente de Bolsa SA will act as the placing agent.

As of July 4, US$1 was equivalent to 3.29 Peruvian soles.
