Dynatrace prices follow-on offering by selling stockholders

Software intelligence company Dynatrace Inc. priced an underwritten public offering of 27.5 million shares of common stock by certain selling stockholders at $24.75 per share.

Selling stockholders granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,125,000 shares at the public offering price, according to a Dec. 5 news release. The offering is expected to close on Dec. 10.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets LLC, BofA Securities, Barclays Capital Inc., UBS Securities LLC and Jefferies LLC are also acting as book-running managers. Canaccord Genuity LLC, William Blair & Co. LLC, BTIG LLC, JMP Securities LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Raymond James & Associates Inc. and Academy Securities Inc. are acting as co-managers.
