Jim Clarke is joining real estate investment trust Hansteen Holdings PLC as an independent nonexecutive director, effective Feb. 27.

Clarke will also be appointed as chairman of the audit committee, replacing Rebecca Worthington, whose resignation will take effect from March 20.

Clarke was group CFO of Countrywide PLC until July 2017 and, prior to that, served as finance director and company secretary of JD Wetherspoon PLC and finance director of Whitbread PLC's David Lloyd Leisure unit.
