China Nonferrous extends procurement deal for Pakrut gold project

China Nonferrous Gold Ltd. unit LLC Pakrut extended the procurement agreement with China Nonferrous Metals International Mining Co. Ltd. to Dec. 31, 2019.

China Nonferrous Metals International will continue to procure equipment, spare parts and other materials required for the Pakrut gold project in Tajikistan, according to a Feb. 8 release.

The agreement's term will remain unchanged, except that the total amount to be procured will be limited to US$10 million compared to US$7 million previously.

China Nonferrous Metals International is a 38.36% shareholder in China Nonferrous Gold.
