Kush Bottles changes name, relocates headquarters

Kush Bottles changed its name to KushCo Holdings Inc. to reflect a more diversified business model, effective Sept. 1.

The name change was approved by the company's shareholders at its annual meeting on May 8.

KushCo Holdings will provide a broad range of ancillary products and services to cannabis businesses, including medical and adult-use retailers, growers and producers.

The company will continue to cover its core packaging, supply, branding, vape and gas sales businesses under the Kush Bottles brand name.

Additionally, the company is shifting its headquarters in California from Santa Ana to Garden Grove. KushCo said the new location houses its printing and labeling operations, which represent an investment of more than $1.5 million.
