Sunac China sees 88% YOY spike in February contracted sales to 19.11B yuan

In February, Sunac China Holdings Ltd., along with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, recorded an 88% year-over-year increase in its contracted sales to 19.11 billion yuan.

The unaudited 2018 figure translates to a contracted sales area of roughly 1,165,000 square meters, with an average selling price of about 16,110 yuan per square meter.

During the reporting month, subscriptions to the group amounted to 19.72 billion yuan, up 63% from the prior year.

For the first two months of 2018, the developer accumulated sales amounting to 44.08 billion yuan, 87% higher on annual basis. The year-to-Feb. 28 figure is made up of 41.30 billion yuan of contracted sales and 2.78 billion yuan of subscriptions.

As of March 5, US$1 was equivalent to 6.35 yuan.
