Finnish apartments portfolio to change hands for €97M

A real estate fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing partnered with Renger Investment Management and Premico to acquire a portfolio of 40 residential properties in Finland for €97 million, IPE Real Assets reported.

The portfolio, comprising 1,594 rental apartments, is being sold by Kojamo Group, and is located in 15 growth centers across the country.

Renger and Premico will jointly oversee the portfolio's investment management and asset management. The partnership plans to undertake renovations and upgrades to the properties.
