Manhattan Bridge Capital files $30M mixed shelf

Manhattan Bridge Capital Inc. has filed a shelf registration related to the sale of certain securities from time to time for an aggregate initial offering price of $30 million.

The securities include common shares, preferred shares, warrants to purchase common shares or preferred shares, debt securities and units of such securities.

The company plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes and working capital, which may include expanding its portfolio of real estate loans secured by first mortgage liens, repayment of existing debt and new investment opportunities.
