Nano Financial-Commerce Bank deal has $1.2M termination fee

Irvine, Calif.-based Nano Financial Holdings Inc.'s acquisition of Murrieta, Calif.-based Commerce Bank Temecula Valley has a termination fee of around $1.2 million, payable by either party under certain circumstances.

On Dec. 29, 2017, Nano Financial agreed to buy Commerce Bank in a deal valued at around $23.3 million.
