The Hilb Group LLC acquired H.J. Knight International Insurance Agency Inc., a Massachusetts-based full-service brokerage in the commercial insurance and risk management industry, effective Dec. 1.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Managing Director Matt Lanza and his team will continue to operate out of H.J. Knight International's Braintree, Mass., location.
