Black Knight's board OKs stock buyback program

Black Knight Financial Services' board has authorized a three-year share repurchase program under which the company can buy back up to 10 million class A common shares.

The program is effective as of Feb. 3 and runs through Feb. 2, 2020.

Timing and volume of any repurchases will be determined by Black Knight management based on its assessment of the business' capital needs, the company's stock price and market conditions.
