Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul SA, or Banrisul, said it will distribute interest on capital for the first quarter of 2018 worth 84.5 million Brazilian reais.

The payment is equivalent to a net amount of 17.56 centavos per share. Shareholders on record as of Feb. 26 will receive the payment March 28.

The bank's shares will be traded as "ex-right" to interest on own capital starting Feb. 27.

As of Feb. 20, US$1 was equivalent to 3.25 Brazilian reais.
