BankGuam Holding delays Form 10-Q filing

BankGuam Holding Co. will be unable to meet the May 15 deadline for the filing of its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31 without unreasonable effort and expense.

On April 19, the Hagatna, Guam-based company hired Squar Milner LLP to be its independent public accounting firm after it dismissed its former public accounting firm over disagreements on certain matters. Since that time, BankGuam and the new accounting firm had been working on the audit of the company's 2017 financial statements and the review of the financial statements for the quarter ended March 31.
