Pennsylvania's Mid Penn Bancorp, unit to have separate board

The joint board of Millersburg, Pa.-based Mid Penn Bancorp Inc. and unit Mid Penn Bank decided to have separate boards, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Robert Abel, Kimberly Brumbaugh, Matthew DeSoto, Gregory Kerwin, Donald Kiefer, Theodore Mowery, John Noone, Noble Quandel Jr., Rory Ritrievi and David Sparks will comprise the parent company's board. Steven Boyer, Joel Frank, Robert Klinger, Robert Moisey, Alan Novak, Rory Ritrievi and Patrick Smith will be on Mid Penn Bank's board.

Robert Grubic will serve as chair and William Specht III will be the vice chair on both boards.
