Enable Midstream files to sell $200M of common units

Enable Midstream Partners filed with the SEC to sell up to $200M worth of common units.

Enable may from time to time offer and sell the units at market prices, according to the Jan. 23 filing. Unit offers and sales may be done through one or more underwriters, dealers or agents or directly to purchasers.

The proceeds from the sales may be used to pay or refinance all or a portion of outstanding debt and fund working capital, capital expenditures or acquisitions.
