Peloton Interactive Inc. expects to price its IPO of 40 million class A common shares at between $26 to $29 apiece.
The company has also granted the underwriters an option to buy up to an additional 6 million shares at the IPO price. Including that option, Peloton is seeking to raise up to $1.33 billion in its IPO.
The New York-based home fitness equipment producer has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol PTON.
Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the lead book-running managers for the proposed IPO.
