Enzo Silverii retired as CFO and company secretary at Austock Group, effective immediately.

The company named Gordon Joseph, the company's group financial controller, as acting CFO until Silverii's replacement is found.

Meanwhile Amanda Gawne, the company's chief risk officer and head of legal and compliance, has assumed the role of company secretary.
