Credit Suisse issues $2B in bonds

Credit Suisse Group AG issued two series of international bonds worth $1.25 billion and $750 million, both maturing June 12, 2024, Cbonds reported.

The first series was sold at a price of 100% with an initial yield of 4.207%. The second series was also sold at a price of 100%.

Credit Suisse served as the sole book runner for both offerings.
