Downtown Bellevue, Wash., office building sells for $111M

ScanlonKemperBard paid $111.2 million to acquire the 110 Atrium office property in downtown Bellevue, Wash., the Puget Sound Business Journal reported.

The building at 110 110th Ave. NE was sold by Talon Private Capital and Lionstone Investments, which acquired the asset in November 2016 for $81.5 million.

The 110 Atrium building is home to several tenants, including Constellation Web Solutions.
