Crédit Agricole names debt capital markets head; Deutsche hires ex-Nomura exec

S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a daily roundup of management and board changes at financial institutions in Europe. This feature excludes C-level leadership changes and previously reported stories.

Crédit Agricole

Crédit Agricole SA appointed a former Barclays PLC veteran Dominik Boskamp as head of debt capital markets for corporates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Thomson Reuters IFR reported May 30, citing a person familiar with the matter.

Boskamp served Barclays for nearly 15 years in the DCM team, covering issuers in emerging markets, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Germany, the newswire said.

Deutsche

Deutsche Bank AG hired a former executive director in loan sales at Nomura Holdings Inc., Mike Macchia, as a director in leveraged loan sales, Thomson Reuters LPC reported May 30.

He will be based in New York and report to Alex Bici, head of the bank's loan sales for North America, the newswire added. A spokesperson for the German bank confirmed Macchia's hiring, the report said.

Meanwhile, in a separate development, emerging market credit traders Vivek Mittal and Vikramdeep Gill left Deutsche, Thomson Reuters IFR reported, citing sources.
