Verdane Capital to become majority shareholder in Danelec Marine

Verdane Capital is set to become a majority shareholder in Danelec Marine A/S after it agreed to invest in the company through its Verdane Capital X AB fund.

The Birkeroed, Denmark-headquartered company provides maritime hardware and software solutions focused on data collection and safety.

Danelec Marine will still be led by its management team, including CEO Hans Ottosen and COO Casper Jensen. Its current shareholders will continue to own shares in the business.
