Fondo MIVIVIENDA SA is considering the issuance of bonds aimed at institutional investors in Peru and/or a private offering abroad of senior unsecured intermediate benchmark bonds worth up to 2 billion soles or its equivalent in U.S. dollars, the firm said in a securities filing Jan. 30.
The lender planned to launch a roadshow for local and foreign investors during the week of Jan. 30.
As of Jan. 31, US$1 was worth 3.29 Peruvian soles.
