Brazil-based healthcare insurer Notre Dame Intermédica Participações SA on March 29 set the price range for its initial public offering between 14.50 Brazilan reais per share to 17.50 reais per share, with IPO pricing scheduled for April 19, Reuters reported.
According to previous reports, the insurer will issue new shares in a primary offering while a secondary option will allow for controlling shareholder Bain Capital Public Equity LP to sell a portion of its stake.
As of March 28, US$1 was equivalent to 3.34 Brazilian reais.
