Jyske Bank A/S announced several changes to its group executive board and supervisory board.

Sven Blomberg will retire as a managing director and deputy CEO of the group, effective July 31. Blomberg will also step down as supervisory board chairman of BRFkredit A/S, a role he has held since its merger with Jyske Bank in 2014.

Leif Larsen, who has served as a managing director of Jyske Bank since 1996, will also retire after 47 years in the group, effective April 30, 2018.

In addition, Jyske Bank named Peter Schleidt as a managing director in charge of business concepts/IT and business services, with effect from Sept. 1. He will consequently retire from the bank's supervisory board. Schleidt previously served as group COO of TDC from 2013 to 2017.

Meanwhile, BRFkredit said the election of Jyske Bank Managing Director and CEO Anders Dam to its supervisory board will be proposed at an extraordinary general meeting. Dam and Per Skovhus are expected to be elected chairman and deputy chairman, respectively, of BRFkredit's supervisory board.
