Public Service Enterprise Group lead director to retire

Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. said in a Jan. 17 SEC filing that Thomas Renyi will retire from its board of directors when his current term expires.

Renyi will continue to serve as a board member until the company's 2019 annual shareholders meeting but will not stand for re-election. The retirement is not a result of any disagreement with the company, PSEG said in the filing.

Renyi has been independent director of PSEG since February 2003 and lead director of the company since April 2015, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
