'Significant health issues' prompt Potomac Bancshares CEO to step down

Robert Baronner Jr. decided to step down as president and CEO of Potomac Bancshares Inc. and unit Bank of Charles Town because of "significant health issues," as disclosed in a news release.

The board of the Charles Town, W.Va.-based company and the bank appointed Arch Moore III acting president and CEO until it names a permanent replacement for Baronner, who will be on a leave of absence.
