* Brian Mulroney retired from the board of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts on Aug. 13, after serving at the hotel franchising company for almost 22 years. The company appointed Ronald Nelson as a class I independent director.

* Ted Stedem resigned as global head of business and financial operations at WeWork Cos. Inc., Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Stedem is joining another company as CFO, one of the sources told the news outlet without specifying the company. WeWork declined to comment, while Stedem could not be reached immediately for comment, according to Reuters.
* STORE Capital Corp. appointed Chad Freed as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of the single-tenant net-lease real estate investment trust, effective Aug. 19. Freed most recently was general counsel, executive vice president of corporate development and secretary at Universal Technical Institute.
