Carey Credit Income Fund president resigning

Mark Goldberg, president of investment management for W. P. Carey Inc. and president of Carey Credit Income Fund and each of its feeder funds, is resigning effective July 10.

Goldberg has also resigned as the CEO and president of Carey Credit Income Fund's investment adviser Carey Credit Advisors LLC. Jason Fox, president of W. P. Carey, has been named CEO and president of Carey Credit Advisors.
