Retail Opportunity Investments increases dividend 4.0%

Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. increased its cash dividend 4.0% to 19.50 cents per share from a prior payout of 18.75 cents apiece.

The new dividend is payable March 29 to stockholders of record March 15.

In addition, since the fourth quarter of 2017, the shopping center real estate investment trust said it has raised roughly $2.2 million in net proceeds from the issuance of about 109,000 common shares under its at-the-market offering program.
