Entellus Medical shareholders approve Stryker merger

Entellus Medical Inc. shareholders approved the Minnesota-based medical technology company's previously announced merger with Stryker Corp.

Shareholders voted to approve the deal at a special meeting held Feb. 26.

Under the transaction, which was recently cleared by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, Michigan-based Stryker will pay Entellus shareholders $24 per share.

Entellus Medical makes products for the minimally invasive treatment of patients with chronic and recurrent sinusitis.
