Investment firm A&E Real Estate Holdings is paying at least $180 million to acquire Stonehenge Village in New York City from a partnership that includes office landlord SL Green Realty Corp., Stonehenge NYC and Canadian real estate company Ivanhoe Cambridge, Crain's New York Business reported, citing unnamed sources.
The apartment complex on the Upper West Side contains roughly 420 units across three buildings.
Stonehenge and SL Green did not respond to a request for comment, while an Ivanhoe Cambridge spokesman was quoted as saying, "We don't comment on market speculations," according to the publication.
