Australia's Bubs to sell goat milk, baby food on JD.com

Australia-based Bubs Australia Ltd. said Feb. 20 that it signed an international supply agreement with Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com Inc. to market its goat milk-based products and organic baby food in China.

Among the products to be sold on JD.com is the CapriLac goat milk powder by NuLac Foods Pty. Ltd., which Bubs fully acquired Dec. 21, 2017, the same time it closed its acquisition of a 49.9% interest in New Zealand Nutritional Goat Co. Ltd.

The announcement comes less than two weeks after JD.com opened an office in Melbourne to serve as its regional headquarters for Australia and New Zealand.
