Standard Chartered Bank issues $2B in 2 tranches of international bonds

U.K.-based Standard Chartered Bank issued two tranches of international bonds totaling $1.25 billion and $750 million, respectively, Cbonds reported.

Both floating-rate notes were sold at price of 100%. They mature Sept. 10, 2022.

Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Nomura International and Standard Chartered Bank acted as the book runners on both issuances.
