Brown-Forman shuffles executive ranks

Brown-Forman Corp. on May 16 announced a number of changes to its organization, effective June 15.

John Hayes will become senior vice president for the U.S. and Canada. He previously was senior vice president and chief marketing officer for a majority of Brown-Forman's brands.

Thomas Hinrichs, president of Asia, Australia, Europe, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands region, will become company senior vice president and president of the international division.

Mark McCallum will become executive vice president and chief brands officer. He has previously been chief operating officer, chief marketing officer and president of Jack Daniel's.

Jill Jones, currently executive vice president and president of the North America region, will resign due to the planned organizational changes.

The company also announced the creation of a global corporate affairs organization, led by Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Mike Keyes.
