DBRS withdraws ratings on consolidated units of Fulton Financial

DBRS discontinued and withdrew its ratings on three banking subsidiaries of Fulton Financial Corp. following the units' internal consolidation into Fulton's lead bank, Fulton Bank NA.

The three bank units are Fulton Bank of New Jersey, which was consolidated into Fulton Bank on May 18, and Lafayette Ambassador Bank and Columbia Bank, which were consolidated with Fulton Bank on Sept. 14.

DBRS said the consolidation does not affect the ratings of Fulton Bank, which has a long-term issuer rating of A/Stable Trend.
