International Consolidated Airlines Group SA on Sept. 1 closed its deal to acquire Aer Lingus Group DAC for a transaction value of €1.16 billion.
The company offered €2.55 per share for the stake.
In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG and Goodbody Stockbrokers were the financial advisers for IAG, and J&A Garrigues S.LP, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Slaughter and May, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and William Fry Solicitors were the legal advisers.
Goldman Sachs International was the financial adviser for Aer Lingus Group DAC.
