Germany-based Erste Abwicklungsanstalt issues $1.25B bond

Germany-based Erste Abwicklungsanstalt issued international bonds totaling $1.25 billion, Cbonds reported.

The fixed-rate notes carry a 1.625% coupon and mature Jan. 23, 2023.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Commerzbank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and TD Securities acted as book runners on the issuance.
