Sanei Architecture Planning fiscal Q3 profit climbs 75.0% YOY

Sanei Architecture Planning Co. Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal third quarter ended May 31 was ¥39.07 per share, a gain of 75.0% from ¥22.32 per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was ¥828.9 million, a gain of 75.0% from ¥473.6 million in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin climbed to 5.5% from 4.2% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue rose 33.3% on an annual basis to ¥15.10 billion from ¥11.33 billion, and total operating expenses climbed 30.8% on an annual basis to ¥13.67 billion from ¥10.45 billion.

Reported net income rose 59.3% on an annual basis to ¥766.0 million, or ¥36.10 per share, from ¥481.0 million, or ¥22.67 per share.
