Moody's on May 11 withdrew the B3/Not Prime long- and short-term local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings of Russia-based PJSC Bank Derzhava, citing business reasons.
The long-term deposit ratings had a stable outlook at the time of withdrawal.
The rating agency also withdrew the bank's "b3" baseline and adjusted baseline credit assessments and B2 (cr)/Not Prime (cr) long- and short-term counterparty risk assessments.
