Wolters Kluwer NV named Rainer Fuchsluger managing director of its Asia-Pacific finance, risk and reporting business.

Fuchsluger, who will be based in Singapore, previously served as regional managing director of the institutional and investment management business in Asia for SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc.

He will replace James Stewart, who is leaving the firm for family reasons.
