Fitch: Bank of Ayudhya to raise 15B baht in bonds

Bank of Ayudhya PCL plans to raise up to 15 billion Thai baht through an issue of senior unsecured bonds, Fitch Ratings said June 6.

The proposed bonds will have a tenor of up to three years. The bank will use proceeds from the issue for refinancing and general corporate purposes.

As of June 6, US$1 was equivalent to 31.92 Thai baht.
