Canadian Solar, Signal Energy to provide EPC services for Australian project

Canadian Solar Inc. will team with Tennessee-headquartered Signal Energy LLC to provide engineering, procurement and construction services and supply solar modules for ESCO Pacific's 175 MW-peak Finley solar project in Australia.

Stretched across approximately 1,000 acres near Finley, New South Wales, the project will host over 490,000 of Canadian Solar's modules on single-axis solar tracking systems, according to a Jan. 3 news release.

The company said construction of the project is expected to be completed in October.
